Thank you for visiting our website www.rijpclothing.com. These terms and conditions apply to every visit, order, and purchase made through our webshop. We recommend reading these terms carefully before placing an order.

APPLICABILITY

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by RIJP via the webshop and to every agreement concluded between you as a consumer and RIJP. The terms are always available on our website.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • All prices on the webshop are listed in euros (€) and include VAT (21%).
  • RIJP reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment can only be made using the payment methods offered on the webshop.
  • RIJP remains the owner of the delivered products until full payment has been received.
  • For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process, before completing the order.
  • Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. Costs incurred due to incorrect address details are the customer's responsibility.
  • RIJP strives to process orders carefully and promptly. In case of damaged or incomplete delivery, please contact us within 48 hours.
  • Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

  • You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason.
  • After withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
  • Please use the return portal https://rijp.shipping-portal.com/rp/ or contact us by other means.
  • During the withdrawal period, you may only handle the product as you would in a physical store. Exceeding this may lead to depreciation.
  • Return conditions:
    • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with labels attached.
    • RIJP reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
  • Returns are free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For other countries, return costs and possible customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

REFUND

  • If you return your entire order, you will receive a full refund including the original shipping costs within 5 working days.
  • For partial returns, you will only receive a refund for the returned product(s).
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & QUALITY

  • RIJP strives for accurate representation of products and prices. In case of an obvious error or clear mistake (such as an abnormally low price), RIJP is not obliged to honor the order.
  • Our products are made from high-quality materials but are subject to normal wear and tear.
  • For optimal durability, we recommend following the washing instructions and minimizing sun exposure to dark clothing.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on RIJP’s website and social media (including texts, logos, images, and photography) is owned by RIJP and protected by intellectual property rights. Use or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

  • Please ensure that you provide accurate and up-to-date information (such as email address, delivery address, and payment details).
  • Personal data is processed according to applicable privacy laws. See our privacy policy for more information.
  • You will only receive commercial emails from RIJP if you have explicitly given permission (opt-in).

CHANGES TO THE TERMS

RIJP reserves the right to modify these terms. The most current version is always available at www.rijpclothing.com. The terms in effect at the time of your order apply.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
