The brand
Unfortunately, there is no physical RIJP store yet. You can buy our collection on our website
www.rijpclothing.com. If you’d prefer to see and try our products in person,
our collection is available at LUTZ, located in Vinkeveen, The Netherlands.
RIJP doesn’t follow traditional seasons or trends, instead, we’ve created an ongoing
collection suitable for all seasons and occasions. We value durability and
modular designs, and want you to invest in pieces that remain relevant and
refined over time. Our collection is made to last, in both quality and style.
Products
We use high-quality materials and carefully selected treatments to ensure the perfect
fit and finish of each product.
To extend the lifespan of your RIJP pieces, please follow the care instructions
provided on the label inside each product.product.
The introduction of a new product isn’t tied to a specific season, the product will
enter the market when it’s complete and ready to be worn. We will only expand
our collection with products which will add a new value to your wardrobe.
We aim to make our production process as responsible and sustainable as possible, which
is why we produce exclusively within Europe.
Currently, we work with three trusted suppliers, all based near Porto in Portugal, a region known for its craftsmanship and quality in textile
production.
Shipping & Return
We currently ship to several European countries. You can view the available
destinations during checkout.
If your country isn’t listed, please contact us at info@rijpclothing.com. We’ll provide the applicable
delivery fee and do our best to arrange delivery of your desired item(s).
We aim to ship your order as soon as possible.
Orders placed between Tuesday and Friday before 16:00 (CET) are shipped the
same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday will be shipped on
Tuesday.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace
code to follow your delivery.
For European countries outside the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, shipping
costs are paid by the customer and vary by location. During checkout, the
applicable delivery charges for your address will be calculated and displayed.
By placing an order, you agree to pay any customs duties and taxes required by
your country.
Exchange
For a quick and easy exchange, please place a new order through our website.
You can return the original item using the return process described below.
Return
Customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany benefit from free returns.
For other European countries, return fees vary by location.
When you create a return, the applicable charges will be calculated and shown

Europe
The returns are on behalf of the customer. The estimated return fees vary by

Other continents
For all countries outside Europe, returns are on behalf of the customer. Please
return your order using a postal service of your choice, and make sure to complete the enclosed return form.

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund you within 5 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Payments
You can securely pay on our webshop using iDeal, Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna,
Bancontact, or Sofort.
Cash payments are not possible, as we do not have a physical RIJP store.
