Delivery costs
We offer free delivery in The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany. For the rest of Europe we offer free delivery with orders over €100,-. For other countries outside Europe we offer free delivery with orders over €250,-. The estimated delivery fees vary by country. During the checkout the applicable charges for your delivery address will become visible.
Delivery time
All orders placed before 4:00 PM on Tuesday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. If you place an order on Sunday or Monday your order will be shipped on Tuesday. Within the Netherlands orders are often delivered the next working day depending on the time frame of the transport company.
Delivery to
We ship to almost every country in the world, with a few specific exceptions where particular circumstances apply. If the country you are shipping to is not listed, please contact us (info@rijpclothing.com). We will inform you personally about the delivery fee for that address.
Returns
Within The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany we offer free returns. For the rest of Europa we charge €9,95 returncosts. By returning from other continents the returns are on behalf of the customer. Create return label for returns within Europe: https://rijp.shipping-portal.com/rp/
Payment
You can pay safely and securely on our webshop with iDeal, Creditcard, Paypal, Klarna, Bancontact and Sofort. Payment in cash is not possible since there is no physical RIJP store.
Points of sale
Unfortunately, there is no physical RIJP store yet. You can buy our collection on our website www.rijpclothing.com. If you prefer to see or try our products in real life, our collection is available at LUTZ located in Vinkeveen, The Netherlands.
Product care
We strive to offer the best qualities for a fair price. To ensure the quality of the product, please follow the wash & care instructions on the wash & care label in each product. Our bottoms (Alan short and Dean trousers) are garment dyed, which means that they are assembled before they are dyed in the estimated colour. We choose for this dying process because it allows us to respond to the wishes of our customers.
Product introductions
The introduction of a new product isn’t tied to a specific season, the product will enter the market when it’s complete and ready to be worn. We will only expand our collection with products which will add a new value to your wardrobe.
