Please make sure that all returned items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including the original hangtag. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.

The returns are on behalf of the customer. The estimated return fees vary by country. By creating  a return the applicable charges will be calculated and shown before your return label is generated.

For all countries outside Europe, returns are on behalf of the customer. Please return your order using a postal service of your choice, and make sure to complete the enclosed return form.
